Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Launchpad waitlist and pre-release service operated by Launchpad ("we", "us", or "our"). By submitting your email or accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or joining the waitlist, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Launchpad.
2. Description of Service
Launchpad is a pre-release product currently in early-access / waitlist mode. The service allows you to register your interest in the product, receive a queue position, and refer others to improve your position. The underlying product — and any features, functionality, or pricing — has not been finalized and may change or not launch at all.
Joining the waitlist does not create any contractual obligation on our part to deliver a product, grant you access, or maintain any particular feature set.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide a valid email address you own and control.
- Do not use automated scripts, bots, or bulk sign-up tools to manipulate queue position.
- Do not submit false, misleading, or others' email addresses without their consent.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the service or its infrastructure.
We reserve the right to remove any entry from the waitlist that we believe violates these rules, without notice.
4. No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LAUNCHPAD AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, code, and materials on this website are the property of Launchpad or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the waitlist at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing us at hello@example.com.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above or by sending an email to waitlist members. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
